Apple has admitted the iPhone touch disease is real. Some iPhone 6 Plus models are having problems like multi-touch issues and screen flickering. Apple said the issue is caused due to the users have dropped their iPhones multiple times on the hard surface. If you are having the same problem Apple will repair your iPhone for $149 service charges.
After years of being a major closed source Operating system developer, Microsoft has finally decided to join the open source community. Microsoft has officially announced that they are joining the Linux Foundation. Microsoft said the prime goal is to help developers to achieve more by providing them open source tools. “Microsoft has been a key contributor to many projects, and we see the company intensifying its involvement and commitment to open development,” said the executive director of the Linux Foundation.
Windows 10 VR
Microsoft is dedication its upcoming Windows 10 update to the creators. The Creators update will also bring the virtual reality support to the Windows 10 PCs. In the latest builds, Microsoft has provided an application named “Windows Holographic First Run” to check the compatibility of the machine. Following are the base requirements to run the VR on Windows 10,
- A 4 Core CPU
- 4GB of RAM
- GPU with DirectX 12 support
- USB 3.0 support
Qualcomm is teaming up with the Samsung to develop its new Snapdragon processor. The Snapdragon 835 will be the companies next powerful mobile processor that will be designed by using Samsung’s 10-nanometer (nm) FinFET process technology. “These processors are made of nanomaterials—molecules and atoms less than 100 nanometers (nm) in size that exhibit different properties than their larger-particle counterparts: some enhanced nanomaterial characteristics include lighter weight, higher strength, and greater chemical reactivity”, Qualcomm wrote on their website. We are expecting the commercial launch from the first quarter of 2017.
