Microsoft is expected to launch a new Chromebook competitor in their tomorrow’s event. The ‘Surface Laptop’ will run on the rumored web-based Windows operating system, the Windows 10 S. Twitter user WalkingCat has shared some images of the Surface Laptop day ahead of its announcement. You can check the photos in the tweet below,

The Surface Laptop will reportedly feature a 13.5-inch PixelSense display and will come in four color variants namely platinum, burgundy, cobalt blue, and graphite gold. It will run on the new Windows 10 S operating system and will come with some kind of premium keyboard. There are no further details available on the processor or hardware specifications.

The 13.5-inch PixelSense display suggests it will be a 1080p panel with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Reportedly the laptop will weigh around 2.76 pounds, with a thickness of 14.47mm at the back and 9.9mm at the front. According to the leaked images, the Surface Laptop will not feature a USB Type-C port, it will offer a regular USB port, mini DisplayPort, and the Surface power connector.
