The good thing about an anime is that there are no limitations, a good artist can show every minor detail which sometimes can be really hard to create or show in the live action world. The big problem with most of the anime shows is their runtime and the number episodes they contain. Some people like to get immersed in the story and prefer the long-running shows while the others like to keep it short and sweet.

Years later, he sets himself on a path to redemption.

Ghost in the Shell

Their land borders on a toxic jungle, filled with dangerous over-sized insects. Meanwhile, two nearby nations are bitterly engaged in a war and the Valley of the Wind is stuck in the middle.

Princess Mononoke

On a journey to find the cure for a Tatarigami’s curse, Ashitaka finds himself in the middle of a war between the forest gods and Tatara, a mining colony. In this quest, he also meets San, the Mononoke Hime.

My Neighbor Totoro

Two young girls, Satsuki and her younger sister Mei, move into a house in the country with their father to be closer to their hospitalized mother. Satsuki and Mei discover that the nearby forest is inhabited by magical creatures called Totoros (pronounced toe-toe-ro). They soon befriend these Totoros and have several magical adventures.
