Westworld fans can rejoice now since the famous HBO show is returning with the second season this April. The Westworld season 1 revolved around the futuristic theme park, Westworld and included robots and humans dwelling alongside each other. Westworld season 1 was a roller coaster for the fans, and after it ended in 2016 with a fantastic ten episodes season, fans have been anticipating an even better season 2 that is due April 2018.
The show that airs on HBO was an instant hit after the first season and is one of the most watched first seasons on HBO. Needless to say, we have high hopes for the second one too. The first official trailer for the Westworld season 2 has been released, and it is mind-blowing.
Westworld Season 2 | Official Trailer
The first official trailer does not reveal a lot, but one of the fans did find out a secret code at the 33rd second of the trailer. This code was prompted at the top of the screen and is a binary code which has been successfully decoded to 188.8.131.52. When searched, this was the address of a website named Delos Destinations.com. The site has a lot of interesting things to look at, but one of the things that have attracted most of the people is a slideshow of the Delos parks.
There are six of these parks that are currently active or under development. One of these parks on the website is named the S World. All of those who have already seen the season 1 of the Westworld, would be familiar with the shotgun world that was shown at the end of the last episode in season 1. So the fans are hoping that this and some other worlds similar to this will be revealed in the season two. Additionally, you might also see some of the worlds being recreated from the original movie on which the show is based.
Westworld cast or the team has not commented on these theories or the script. The season is supposed to air on HBO in April. Even if this is not a spoiler to the show, it sure has created a buzz amongst the fans who want to watch Westworld season 2. It would be really interesting to see what Westworld 2 has to offer to its fan after over a year of wait.
Since Westworld will be shown on HBO, you can only see one episode per week. Some other theories have been floating alongside this one, and it would be fascinating to watch the new and old characters unfolding the story once again for the fans. The co-creator Jonathan Nolan has said that the creators do not have the intentions of staying in one place and shooting the same plot for the coming ten years. Hence the fans should be ready for some big twists and turn in this season.
Although the fans are yet to make sure what the exact meaning of the hidden code in the trailer of the new season of Westworld is, it sure means that there is a lot of new things coming up to entertain you and to blow away your mind.
Stay tuned for the updates.
